How VidPilot handles pilot request details.

This page explains what information we collect through the request form, why we collect it, how we use it, and how to contact us if you want us to update or remove your details.

What we collect

When you submit the pilot request form, we collect the details you provide directly:

Your name
Your company name
Your email address

Why we collect it

We use these details to review pilot enquiries, respond to your request, discuss the pilot program, and follow up about rollout, pricing, and fit.

VidPilot uses this information for pilot-related communication only. We do not use the form to subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as they are reasonably needed to manage the pilot conversation, respond to follow-up questions, and maintain a clear record of the discussion. If the enquiry does not move forward, we aim to remove or archive the details within a reasonable period.

Service providers

Your request details may be processed through trusted website, form, hosting, analytics, or communication providers that help us operate the site and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Privacy requests

If you want us to update, correct, or delete the contact details you submitted, please contact us through the same pilot request flow and clearly note that your message is a privacy request.

Until a dedicated privacy email is published, the current contact route is the VidPilot request form on the website.
